Driving School for Life is a one-day motivational course designed to help you accelerate your career by clarifying and aligning your life purpose, work, and goals.  Each hour focuses on one of the 8 Cylinders of SuccessTM using an interactive curriculum of engaging group activities and discussions. Driving School taps into the collective wisdom of the group to help you 1. overcome your road blocks 2. develop your passions and 3. discover your purpose.  Upon completion, you will join our community of 135 alumni.

Driving School for Life is currently the Department of Motivated Vehicle’s most well-known service. The Department of Motivated Vehicles (DMV) is a personal and professional development company committed to inspiring millions to live their daily lives in alignment with their passions and purpose. The premise of the DMV is that life is our vehicle to design, drive, and maintain and that the more aligned all of our parts are, the more successful you will be in whatever you decide to do. The DMV leverages the metaphor of the “journey of life” to convey theories about happiness, success, passions, and professions in an engaging memorable way.

We help individuals through the toughest transitions of their lives such as college-to-career, career-to-career, and career-to-college by creating transformational group experience that help people discover and align their lives with their purpose. We help organizations increase productivity, engagement, and retention of employees by clarifying the organization’s purpose and each employee’s purpose within that larger purpose. Since 2005 we have served over a thousand people through motivational presentations, innovative courses, life and executive coaching, and company retreats.
