9:00-9:15 » Introduction

9:15-9:45 » Principles
Participants release society’s definitions of success and create their own measurements. Since what gets measured is what gets done, we help each other quantify qualitative measurements of success such as happiness, balance, and freedom.
Outcome: Each participant will have a customized dashboard that visually defines success for themselves at work and at home.
9:45-11:00 » Passions
Participants undergo an in-depth analysis of their passions and explore ways to align their passions with their profession. Through an activity called the Passion Exchange participants help each other discover new resources, advice, ideas, and contacts too deepen their passions.
Outcome: Each participant leaves with a passion starter kit for the passion that they want to develop the most.
11:00-11:45 » Problems
Participants learn how to convert negative energy from their past into positive fuel for their future. Through a group exercise called Inner Turmoil, participants have the opportunity to anonymously share personal challenges, hear other people’s challenges, and then give and receive support.
Outcome: Each participant receives written advice on how to overcome their biggest mental roadblocks.
11:45-12:00 » Lunch
We serve pizza and drinks for lunch. If you have dietary restrictions we encourage you to bring alternative food and snacks. Lunchtime is a great opportunity to meet new people that you haven’t partnered with yet.
12:00-12:30 » People
Participants visualize who they are currently serving versus who they ultimately want to serve. Through this exercise, they are able to identify any disparities so that they can make an informed decision about how they allocate their time and talents in the future.
Outcome: Each participant generates a vivid story of a customer or service recipient to motivate their work.
12:30-1:15 » Positioning
Participants identify the one thing in the world that they want to be their greatest at. In small groups, participants help each other develop superhero names, superpowers, and a practice plan to develop those powers.
Outcome: Each participant gets a superhero name and customized straetgy to transform themselves.
1:15-1:45 » Pioneers
Participants identify what company or person is currently the best at what they ultimately want to do and a list of assumptions that their industry, field, or company holds true that may no longer be true.
Outcome: Each participant leaves having identified creative ways to revolutionize their job or business.
1:45-2:15 » Picture
